Radnor Ice Hockey Families,
I hope all are doing well and enjoying the summer. While it may be difficult to fathom the thought of a cold ice rink at this time the 2016-17 Radnor Ice Hockey Club season is actually not that far off. The Officers of the club have held and attending various meetings preparing for the upcoming season over the last few months. It is now time to begin and complete the registration and paperwork process for all of our players.
The Club has been reworking the website (www.radnorice.com) over the last few months. Our goal is to provide a one stop shop for all for all the Club information, registration and payment. Unfortunately, due to delays from a third party vendor we are not quite there with the payment option. So we are going to revert the paper system we have used for many years. This process is very paperwork intensive but ALL forms must be fully completed with the initial deposit payment and submitted to the Club by August 15. Players who are late with paperwork or payment cannot be guaranteed a spot on the teams after the deadline. The Club would greatly appreciate if all paperwork is submitted on time without the need to track down missing or incomplete forms or deposit payments. We are approaching almost 80 players in the Club so the management of this task is a lot easier if everyone does their individual part.

2. RTSD Permission to Treat
3. PIAA Physical form- Note last page of this form must be completed by medical personnel AND be date after June 1, 2016. Now through September 30th, the RediClinic located in the RITE AID in Wayne (237 East Lancaster Ave., Wayne, PA 19087) is offering $29 sports physicals. Helpful hint- save a copy of this form as this physical will be good for all school sports for the school year.
4. USA Hockey Registration. All players must register with USA Hockey for the 2016-17 season. Once registration is complete print and return the registration. Retain a copy for your personal records. https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/login_input.action
5. Photocopy of players Birth Certificate- Certificates are needed for Flyers Cup
6. Radnor Ice Hockey Code Conduct- Read, sign (parents and player) and submit
7. CHECK- Initial deposit -- $500- Please make checks payable to Radnor Ice Hockey Club
- Send email to League Director letting them know your player is committed for the season

Club Dues- We anticipate the Clubs dues to be in line with last season. However, the total dues can only be determined after the number of players on each team is known. Final dues payment will be due October 15. For planning purposes the following is what we expect if all players return:
Middle School- $850-$900
High School Boys- $1100-$1200
High School Girls- $900-$1000

We realize that this may seem like a back burner project right now, but the club cannot proceed much further without knowing what players are committed for the season. Please find the time to fully complete all of the necessary paperwork before the August 15 deadline as things will go more smoothly.
